All's well in the Barony.
- events coming up Baronial Birthday, Fall Crown, Yule, Birka, Harpers is over and though it was a great event, there were a few issues.  Ask privately if you need details.

- Working on back-log baronial scrolls (within current reign)
- New deputy * Kiaya
- Heraldry meetings, trying to work on a location for Sundays
- Cassandra is now open for submissions
- Court at Yule and Birka

    -     Londonderry and Keene are still going on.
- Matty  is queens champion

Chancellor of the Exchequer:
- We have money  22,100.00
- Inquires were made last meeting that were passed onto the Financial Committee * No answer as of yet
- Response from Finance Committee was again requested

    Hapers * Sine did great, site lost water, paper work was handed in, good turn out

-Lord Kynar reports that Lady Leonora & Lady Bethra are working on it for Sunday, November 4th at UNH.  
Baronial Birthday
-Lord Dorio was unable to find a location for the 20th Barony's 20th Birthday.  If he doesn't hear anything by Wednesday night, he will start planning the Barony's 21st b-day as a very wet site!
    -Will look into the costs of Fort #4 for next year.
Yule
    -   December 15th 
- Budget is still needed. Donations needed.  Potluck feast. 
- It will be a series of Children's Quests for Father Christmas
- Needs ages and number of children
- Sledding hill, and lots of other activites

    -   Merchant website goes online tomorrow
-   Site is paid for, contract is signed
